Free Christmas Printables: Vintage Santa Illustrations

These six free vintage Santa prints are super easy to print and frame for cheery Christmas decor in your home.

Have you ever noticed how our depictions of Santa have changed over the years? It’s subtle, but the way we envision the big guy is always shifting. Sometimes he’s a bit taller, sometimes a bit rounder. At times his cheeks are a bit rosier or his eyes a bit twinklier.

Out of all the Santa images I’ve seen over the years, I’ve decided that the Santas of the 1950s and 1960s are definitely the jolliest of the bunch. Every picture of Santa I’ve seen from that time looks so bright and cheerful and just plain happy.

So this year when I decided to make a few new Christmas art prints, I knew I wanted to make it all about that jolly Santa.

I found some adorable vintage illustrations of Santa and then used the power of modern technology to clean them up and make them a bit brighter and more cohesive.

There are six Santas total in the collection including three full body Santas and three close ups.

I think these would be really fun displayed together in a gallery wall. Or you can simply pick a favorite to print and frame. 

Wherever you choose the display them, I feel pretty confident they’ll bring a smile to your face whenever you see them!

Each printable is available in jpg format and should print perfectly as an 8×10 or will scale easily to print in other sizes.
