Free Printable Black and White Christmas Gift Tags

These free printable Christmas gift tags in bold script, are available in a simple black and white or red and white color scheme to coordinate with almost any style wrapping paper.

I love wrapping presents and I may have a bit of an obsession with cute wrapping paper.

Lately I’ve been bringing home way too many new rolls of paper even though I already have enough for several years of wrapping at home!

(Incidentally, Marshalls, TJMaxx, and Homegoods are by far my favorite places to find great, affordable paper.)

I’ve shared a few different sets of free printable gift tags over the years, but as I started wrapping presents this year, I realized I didn’t have any tags that looked great with some of my favorite wrapping papers.

So I decided to whip up a new set this year.

These gifts tags are simple, clean, and modern.

I chose several short Christmas phrases for my tags, aiming more for fun than serious.

Each tag has one phrase in a modern hand-lettered style script.

There are two sets of nine tags each – a black and white set and a red and white set.

I’ve already started this year’s wrapping and I’ve been thrilled to find that these tags look great with pretty much every wrapping paper I have. Hooray for small wins!

Printing the Christmas Tags

I’ve combined both sets of gift tags into one simple pdf file. The tags are sized and formatted to print perfectly on regular 8.5″x11″ cardstock on your home printer.

Once you’ve downloaded the file, you can choose to print both sheets of gift tags or just one.

I recommend you print them on cardstock.

Then you can cut them out, punch a hole with a hole punch, and add whatever string your like.

Red and white baker’s twine and black and white baker’s twine are my favorite for anything Christmasy, but yarn, ribbon, or regular twine can also be festive.
